About You: 

An individual who can create a long-term vision for our direct acquisition channels, at the same time drive near term results. You have a mastery of online and offline, multi touch consumer subscription product marketing and can immediately create an impact. Can create hyper-local marketing efforts and experiential event campaigns to increase brand and acquisition targets. Have a strong understanding and analytical approach towards acquisition marketing performance, with experience in developing and modeling forecast and budgets. You have a passion to think creatively about Growth, and can drive forward new ideas and approaches. Capacity of being a key contributor to the Growth team and able to elevate and lead others, fostering a high-performance team. They are motivated by large challenges, and have a track record of achieving big things.

The role you will play on the team:

  • Establish and drive the direct acquisition strategy and vision across online, mobile and offline channels
  • Develop a hyper-local and experiential event marketing campaign to increase brand and acquisition in key markets, and bringing it to life to deliver on key predetermined performance metrics
  • Scaling proven customer acquisition channels while also testing new channels and tactics to drive continuous growth enabled by Inspire’s innovative and tech forward energy platform evolution
  • Work strategically with the brand and creative team to develop integrated campaign strategies inclusive of audience needs, CTAs and the supporting creative
  • Partner with product team to deliver a seamless and effective consumer centric omni-channel enrollment experience
  • Manage direct acquisition marketing budget and forecast across all channels to achieve performance and financial targets
  • Lead a robust testing strategy and broader communication of insights to key stakeholders to influence product development and marketing resources
  • Manage top-level relationships with relevant agencies or vendors, including running RFP process when needed
  • Develop and coach the Growth team

The experience and qualities you bring:

  • Passionate about technology and its ability to have a meaningful impact on the world
  • Proactive and curious, with a bias for action
  • 8+ years of experience across multiple facets of acquisition marketing with vast majority of experience in digital marketing for consumer products, ideally with subscription services
  • Proven success record in online display advertising/programmatic, SEO, retargeting, digital affiliate, mobile, social media and content marketing and direct response channels
  • Experience and success in building event and off-line marketing activities
  • Deeply analytical and experience in A/B and multivariate testing and is capable of utilizing to drive growth
  • Ability to quickly consume large amounts of data and draw insights, and effectively implement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive in presenting complex material and concepts
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding objectives and performance targets
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications or marketing preferred, MBA a plus
