About You

You are intuitive, naturally curious, and passionate about helping our sales teams make educated, data-driven decisions. We are looking for a future-Avenger with an interest in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights into all our direct-to-consumer field channels: community events, retail locations, business partnerships, and home/neighborhoods.   • Work with sales leadership to enhance and maintain our monthly forecasting, own regular updates and communication with other stakeholders across the organization such as Data Science and Finance.
  • Develop data-driven processes to evaluate current sales performance versus targets by market/geography, channel, team, and individual sales representatives on KPIs such as, target attainment, recruiting and team growth, sales efficiency (sales per hour/day), sales funnel (close %), territory (penetration, efficiency) and insights on customer interactions (objection reasons, etc.).
  • Champion our test-driven culture within sales by developing test cases, hypothesis, and tracking results across areas such as, training and sales techniques, compensation or incentive programs, operational procedures, sales locations, promotional efforts, etc.
  • Increase transparency for sales leadership by developing regular dashboards focused on key metrics and KPIs across sales, and work with data science to automate as appropriate.
  • Implement accurate and efficient distribution of external intelligence to sales partners to empower them with the sophisticated performance data available from the business.
  • Own weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly compensation reporting and partner with Technology and Finance to evolve the features and functionality behind our compensation system(s).


  • 3-5 years experience in sales or marketing analytics, business intelligence or similar function, with experience supporting outside/face-to-face sales organizations a plus.
  • BA or BS from a top college or university.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, detail-oriented, highly analytical, collaborative problem-solver.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks with urgency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets, data visualization using presentation programs such as PowerPoint and Google Slides, and database languages such as SQL.
  • Tech-savvy, customer-focused, naturally curious and obsessed with resolving issues.
  • Strong drive to figure out how things work, strong analytical skills, and self-motivated.
