The Position

The Retention Specialist will be responsible for contacting existing members who may be ending their service and retaining them. The Retention Specialist will be accomplished by developing an ownership mentality and contributing daily to the overall strategy.  A person who is great for this role needs to be goals driven, a self-motivator, and has a strong desire to help our members choose to power their homes with clean power each and every day. Retention Specialists have a unique opportunity to demonstrate their work ethic, positive attitude, skill and ambition to a company who is searching for long-term teammates. Responsibilities

●      Crush weekly and monthly sales goals

●      Consistently reinforce the Inspire clean power value proposition and mission

●      Impact our Sales and Marketing channels by providing insightful member feedback

●      Strategize new ways to contact our members using phone, email, and online channels

 

Qualifications 

●      You are a go-getter with a no-task-is-too-small mentality

●      You have the ability to retain members and handle challenging calls with professionalism

●      You hold a BA/BS degree

●      You are detail-oriented with high personal accountability

●      You have 1 year of inbound sales, outbound, or retention experience preferred

●      You thrive in a fast-moving, constantly changing, startup environment

●      You have a desire to change the world through clean energy

 

The Perks

Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus commission based on performance against targets, health benefits, unlimited vacation and a 401(k) plan. Our East Coast HQ is located in Philadelphia's Center City with floor-to-ceiling views of City Hall, standing desks, and an open, collaborative environment.
