The Position:

We’re seeking an ambitious, energetic, and member-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll work diligently to connect with our current members and ensure their membership remains with Inspire. In this role you will gain a deep understanding of our Member Experience, our Sales strategy, and the Operations and Technology behind our fast growing business. We’re looking for someone to crush their sales goals, while also driving our business forward with innovation and collaboration.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out via phone daily to our members who may be ending service with Inspire
  • Challenge yourself to autonomously achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Work closely with the Member Support team to provide our members with an above and beyond experience

 

Qualifications:

  • Inbound sales, outbound sales, or retention experience
  • Customer-centric mindset and a desire to go above and beyond for every member you speak with
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, constantly changing, startup environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • High personal accountability and a no task is too small mentality
  • Strong communication skills: pleasant, fluid, and persuasive
  • Ability to persevere through rejection and excellent at problem solving
  • Goal driven
  • You have a BA or BS degree

 

Desired Experience:

  • Previous customer facing roles: direct sales, retail, hospitality
  • Knowledge of clean energy
