Top Level Responsibilities

  • Support all brand marketing activities including messaging, creative campaigns, internal communications, public relations, and competitive market research.
  • Take charge of day-to-day product marketing for owned channels, ensuring product consistency across platform messaging.
  • Prepare new project briefs and manage routing process between cross functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure all timelines are adhered to, and that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
  • Prepare brand presentations and deliver sales pitches to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Support digital, social media, and experiential strategies, including content development and execution
  • Analyze and track ongoing brand/product performance

Key Areas of Emphasis

  • Ideate, design and implement product launches
  • Execute product launches to support owned, earned and paid channels
  • Own cross-functional project communication and updates related to key deliverables
  • Plan and create creative training assets for sales team
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns
  • Develop campaign concepts and marketing hooks for product focused messages
  • Manage briefing, creative approval, QA and implementation of omni-channel marketing assets
  • Vetting, managing and scheduling creative vendors
  • Aggressively managing marketing calendar and ensuring timely execution of all content
  • Analysis and optimization
  • E-mail and In-app communication development and deployment
  • Work with Manager, Customer Engagement and Experience to develop creative concepts and continuous A/B tests against prospect and member communications strategy.
  • Manage routing and cataloguing of emails, push notifications and in-app creatives through brief, approval to QA, and implementation, in partnership with the Growth team and Product team.
  • Champion the customer experience
  • Ideate and execute fun, new and innovative ways to engage the target audience with our marketing, with an eye toward driving key business objectives
  • Ensure consistency of brand language across sales and member support
  • Partner with product team and tech to implement key marketing initiatives on site and in app
  • Make continuous data-driven recommendations
  • Propose testing and iterating based on tracking and measuring of the following:
    • App key performance indicators (engagement, bounce rate, revenue)
    • Site key performance indicators (engagement, bounce rate, revenue)
    • Email marketing key performance indicators
    • Social engagement
    • New customer acquisition & retention


  • Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience creating clear and detailed briefs
  • Work quickly in a fast-paced environment
