We’re seeking an individual who has a knack for creating relationships with small, local business owners. You are extremely goal-oriented, focused, and excited to help businesses become more sustainable! You will be responsible for enrolling small businesses into our Clean Power Partners program, think creatively about future partnership developments, and aid in growing a new generation of sustainable businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Use a relationship-driven sales approach to find, contact, pitch and close small-to-medium businesses (SMB) in the downtown Philadelphia area
  • Rapidly expand our network of small and medium business that use our innovative program to help local businesses improve their sustainability, customer loyalty, and branding
  • Communicate constantly with your fellow Philly Team of Field Avengers to ensure all Clean Power Partners' needs are being met and that the relationship is being handled with diligence and respect
  • Practice strategic business management and development skills while learning the importance of a sales process that exceeds all customer expectations 
  • Challenge yourself to crush daily, weekly, and monthly goals

  • You are tech-savvy (able to use a laptop/tablet, email, etc.) and are familiar with Google products (Hangouts, docs, sheets, etc.)

  • You are 18 years or older

This position is full time, and pay includes a base salary plus aggressive commission.  Company benefits are provided after initial 90 days.  This role is ideal for recent graduates and business professionals looking to break into the rapidly growing clean energy space.
